Pastor

Joseph was ordained as Minister of Word and Sacrament in 1985 and came to Evergreen in November 1990.  We have just celebrated the 35th anniversary of Joe's Ordination!  Thank you for your years of dedication and service to Feeding God's Sheep!

Carol Kinney

Administrative Assistant

Carol is the first point of contact for the congregation and community.  She oversees daily office activity, facility scheduling and calendar planning, as well

as being our "go to" for questions about ministry team budgets, reimbursements, and all other finance related questions. 

Carol joined the Evergreen

team in  1995.

Megan Clark-Brezina

Director of Family Ministries

Megan graduated from the Baptist College of Florida in 2017 with a B.A. in Christian Education and Leadership.  She has served in bi-vocational Family Ministry for the last 10 years and came on staff full time in July of 2019.

Terry Hagler

Director of Music Ministries

Out of William Carey as well as University of South Alabama with degrees in Music, English, and

a Master of Education, Terry served as Music Director at Evergreen from 1992-2011. 

He was Choral Director at his hometown high school, Dothan High, for 16 years as well as Assistant Administrator at J.R. Arnold High School in Panama City Beach, Fl.  Terry returned to Evergreen as Choir Director in 2019.

Rhenella Smith

Ministry Associate

Holding degrees in both Piano Performance and Music Education, Rhenella is Staff Accompanist for all events at Evergreen.  She is a member of Alabama Music Teachers Asscociation as well as The National Guild of Piano Teachers.  Rhenella also administrates the church website and aids in coordinating all worship services.  Rhenella became an "Evergreener" in August 2016.
